Our Story
Quality meats and customer satisfaction have been the focus and drive of the Stoltzfus family’s success at Booth’s Corner Market since 1930. Owner Ken Stoltzfus’ grandfather began the family legacy right after the Depression and became very successful in the farmer’s market industry. Since then it’s been a family affair to continue the tradition of processing Stoltzfus’ meats and taking it to market. Smoked meats, sausages, hams, bacon and scrapple are just a few famous family recipes that we sell today.
After 20 years of running Stoltzfus Meats at Booths Corner’s market, Ken and his wife Karen know many faithful customers on a first name basis. These weekly customers have been one key ingredient to our success. With Ken growing up in the market business, customers entrust us with the responsibility to deliver premium meat for any occasion at any time. Market is not just a side job but a whole family affair for Ken and Karen. Three of their four sons own other market stands at Booth’s Corner. With market being a part of our DNA, we’re committed to providing you with fresh meat every weekend.
